The only known source for Kenneth A. Sullivan’s work at the White House is a photograph published in numerous newspapers in December 1953 of two workers installing Christmas lights on the North Portico of the White House. The newspapers that published the photograph identified the two workers as White House Electricians Kenneth A. Sullivan and George W. Hopkins. (1) Nothing else is known about Sullivan at this time.
