Biography
Information about Henry Bohlen’s life outside of the President’s House remains unknown. Bohlen worked for George Washington at the President’s House in Philadelphia. His role in the household remains unclear. He first appears in household records in September 1794 earning $8.00 per month. He last appears in records in April 1795.1
