Biography
In 1929, a man named Joseph Taylor was included on First Lady Lou Hoover’s White House staff Christmas list as a chauffeur assigned to the White House Garage. Further information is scarce, as multiple men by that name worked as chauffeurs in D.C. at the time. He does not appear on future White House Garage lists. (1)
