- A man named William B. Boyd worked for the Office of Public Buildings and Parks and lived in Arlington, Virginia in the late 1920s and early 1930s. (1) As early as 1929, he was assigned to the White House under the supervision of Head Gardener Charles Henlock. (2) Boyd may have worked on the White House Grounds or been assigned to the White House greenhouses, located near the Bureau of Engraving and Printing on the National Mall; further information about his life and career is limited at this time.
