Biography
Information about John Hamilton’s life outside of the President’s House is currently unknown. Hamilton briefly worked for George Washington at the President’s House in Philadelphia. He appeared once in Washington’s household records, earning $7.00 for a month of work. His role is unclear and he may have been a short-term hire.1
